What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that gives children ages 3-18 the opportunity to learn CrossFit methodology, as well as participate in fun and engaging workouts that display measurable results.

CrossFit Kids consists of constantly varies, functional movements that are scalable for any participant at any level. This means that in each workout children are challenged as well as rewarded, showing them that success is based on effort rather than comparison.
