CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity. We do different workouts, made up of simple body-weight, free-weight, and gymnastics movements, where we are pushing ourselves as hard as we want to or can on that day. Check out this video featuring our own gym for another explanation.

Absolutely anyone can do CrossFit. Everyone exercise and movement can be scaled and modified to your fitness level and functional ability. If you’ve never before done an exercise that the group is doing, the coach will give you more time to go through each movement until you get it. 

We recommend comfortable exercise clothes and a pair of trainers or running shoes and a water bottle. We provide everything else.
